Introduction

By visiting this Platform, providing your information, or availing any product or service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and applicable service/product terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

Collection of Personal Data

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services or otherwise interact with us. This may include:

  • Name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID and related identification details provided during sign-up or enquiry.
  • Sensitive personal data collected with your consent — such as payment instrument information — in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Behavioural data: preferences, browsing activity and other information you choose to share on our Platform, compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis.
  • Transaction data related to your interactions with the Platform and third-party business partner platforms.

You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. If you receive a call or email claiming to be from Hukumsa and asking for sensitive credentials (PIN, password, OTP), do not share them. Report such incidents to an appropriate law enforcement agency immediately.

PhonePe Payment Gateway — Data Handling

Payments on this Platform are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway. When you make a payment:

  • You will be redirected to PhonePe's secure payment interface. We do not see or store your card, bank account or UPI details.
  • PhonePe processes your payment information under its own Privacy Policy and in compliance with PCI-DSS and applicable RBI guidelines.
  • We receive a transaction confirmation (success/failure, transaction ID and amount) from PhonePe to fulfil your order.
  • PhonePe may share limited transaction data with us for reconciliation, refund processing and dispute resolution.

We recommend reviewing PhonePe's Privacy Policy before making any payment on this Platform.

Usage of Personal Data

We use personal data to provide the services you request. Specific uses include:

  • Detecting and protecting against error, fraud and other criminal activity.
  • Enforcing our terms and conditions.
  • Conducting marketing research, analysis and surveys.

Sharing of Personal Data

We may share your personal data:

  • Internally within our group entities and affiliates to provide you access to their services and products.
  • With third parties such as sellers, business partners, logistics partners, payment processors (including PhonePe) and third-party reward programs for operational purposes.
  • With government agencies or authorised law enforcement agencies if required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to legal process.
  • With third-party rights owners or others where necessary to enforce our policies, respond to content claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of our users.
