This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for access or usage of the domain https://hukumsa.com ("Platform"), including the related mobile site and mobile application.

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all Terms of Use. Please read carefully before proceeding.
- You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration, and are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.
- You are required to independently assess that the Services meet your requirements. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms or applicable Indian laws.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Accessing those links subjects you to their terms and policies, and we accept no responsibility for their content.
- Upon initiating a transaction for availing Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
- Unauthorised use of the Platform and/or Services may lead to action against you under these Terms and/or applicable laws.
Payments & PhonePe Payment Gateway
All transactions on this Platform are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to PhonePe's terms, conditions and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
- You agree to pay the charges associated with availing the Services as displayed at the time of transaction.
- Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and other methods supported by PhonePe.
- We do not store your card, bank account or UPI credentials. All payment information is handled securely by PhonePe as per applicable PCI-DSS standards.
- In the event of a payment failure, please do not retry without verifying your bank statement. Contact us if the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method through PhonePe within the timelines mentioned in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
The contents of the Platform and Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title or interest in its contents, including but not limited to the design, layout, look and graphics.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website for any specific purpose. Such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
