Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. All shipments are domestic — we do not ship outside India.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 4 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery is subject to courier company or post office norms and may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.
  • All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
  • Shipping charges levied by the seller or Platform Owner, if any, are non-refundable.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of your order will be confirmed on the email ID specified at the time of registration. You may also receive an SMS notification from our courier partner. If you do not receive a delivery confirmation within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Digital Services Delivery

For digital services such as website development, app development or software solutions, delivery means the completion and handover of the agreed deliverables (source code, login credentials, live URL, etc.), not physical shipment. Delivery timelines for digital services will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and communicated to your registered email.

Return Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, no return, exchange or refund of any kind will be offered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must have its original packaging intact.
  • Items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain categories of products are exempt from returns or refunds. Such exemptions will be identified at the time of purchase.
  • Exchange/replacement is only offered if the item is found to be defective or damaged.

Exchange & Return Process

For accepted return or exchange requests:

  • Once your returned product or item is received and inspected by us, we will send an email to notify you of receipt.
  • If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated through PhonePe Payment Gateway within 3 business days of quality check approval.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking). Timeline for the amount to reflect in your account: typically 1–2 business days for UPI and 3–7 business days for cards.
